Refund policy

Exchange/Return Information

Return Requirements: Please note that we now accept both qualifying returns and exchanges. Refunds will be issued once the returned products clear our inspection.

An item is eligible for cancellation if:

  • Your order is still in the "Pending" status. If your order is in the "Preparing Shipment" status, please contact our customer service center.
  • The order is delayed for more than 10 days since payment, and you haven't received any delay notification.
  • The ordered item is out of stock.

We accept returns if:

  • You receive a product different from your order.
  • You receive a defective product. Please send images or videos via the 'Contact Us' form.

Note: Initial defects must be reported within 3 days of receiving the product, accompanied by photos or videos through the 'Contact Us' form.


 

Refund Information

You can return products purchased from www.finedayglobal.com within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price, minus our service fee. Shipping costs, shipping protection, VAT, and import taxes are NOT refundable and are not covered by the FINEDAY Warranty. The product must be in new, unused, and resealable condition, with all original packaging and accessories intact. Returns not meeting these requirements may be subject to a 25% restocking fee or rejection.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. To avoid additional charges, all returns and exchanges must include the original packing materials, product box, and accessories. Refunds will be processed after we receive the product and will generally appear within 10 days from the processing date on the same card used for the original purchase.

Customers are responsible for shipping charges incurred when returning a product. FINEDAY allows one (1) warranty claim per purchased product within its warranty period. FINEDAY reserves the right to inspect all returns. A restocking fee and chargeback may apply for items returned incomplete. Shipping costs, shipping protection, VAT, and import taxes are NOT refundable and are not covered by the FINEDAY Warranty.
